"Wanted a cross shredder, did not want to pay the earth. Machine works very well, shredded a lot of photographs this seems to have put a film on the cutting blade hence paper keeps going around the blade so does not automatically switch off. found box needs emptying frequently. Overall a good buy."

"i am very happy with this product its safe to use and the basket holds alot of waste and theres a handle on it so easy to lift off to empty the basket. the only downside to it i would say is that it shreds credit cards and i didnt think it was good for that but apart from that i would definitely recommend it because it is very efficient at shredding!"

"This product was very poor. worked for 5 mins then when I put it in reverse it wouldnt go back to auto shredding. Took back to store - decided to give it another go maybe a one off! but no the second one was the same. would not recommend this shredder"
