"I find the Roberts SPORTSDAB2 a good radio in terms of performance, concept design features and sound quality. I have been waiting for this radio for nearly four years.
For me, the principal advantage of the Roberts SPORTSDAB2 over similar products is the built in speaker and reduced scale. This makes for greater flexibility of use.
The downside to this radio is that the outer casing is made of plastic rather than metal making it subject to deep scratches during travel which is likely to reduce the original aesthetic appearance."

"I bought this as I wanted a radio that was portable, had it's own speaker and was rechargeable; and none of the others around have all these features. It is light-weight and looks good. I have read that the aerial is flimsy but it isn't that bad and you don't always need it fully extended. The built-in rechargeable battery lasts a long time and doesn't take long to charge up again. I am really pleased with it!"
