"not convinced to much as i do alot of gym stuff and havent lost any weight but sweat alot more pluss on a cal controled diet and still not lost weight"

"Do not expect this to be a miracle worker you have to put some effort in as well as taking these but it is the best one I have use, it does not make me short tempered or hungry but you need to ensure u are drinking enough water. I exercise twice a week for 2 hours each time, eat 1 takeaway a week and cut out all rubbish and since I have been taking these for 3 and half weeks so far I have lost nearly a stone."
