"The hydraulic system heats up as you row, after so many there is no resistance so therefore useless. I took mine back and got full refund."

"very happy with product, assembly instructions a little daunting at first glance but turned out to be a doddle, all nuts, bolts etc in separate bags clearly labled with appropriate stages of assembly, all tools provided nothing else needed, a 10 yr old could do it.
Not for a 6ft serious althlete but as a 63yr old average height/weight woman who just wants to maintain a good level of fitness it ticks all the boxes, I LOVE IT, I got it too late for the boat race but who knows I might make it for the Olympics!!"

"Easy to follow instructions for assembly and seems to work as it should. Need to wait a month or two to see if it helps to achieve my goal of losing at least a stone"
