Does what it says on the box

"After my dog decided it wanted the tv remote as a new toy and promptly chewed it rendering the device useless I decided to try this item. It was very reasonably priced VERY easy to set up to the TV and works very well,have also dispensed with the DVD remote in favour of this device again very simple to set up.I would recommend this device to anyone suffering remote failure"

"i bought this one for all 4 way remote,
put in the toshiba tv code works the tv ok
and the sky code works everything the sky remote does,brilliant
i bought a bush dvb680 hd freeveiw box from
argos a month ago had to ring the help line for the one for all 4 bush hd box code entered it but it only switched it on/off, the only way to make this and certain products work fully is by the learning method in the book it tells you how to do this by placing the two remotes facing each other, first select the device on one for all 4 you want to put it on eg amp
enter the code in the book place both remotes facing each other about 1" apart
but remember it only copies bit by bit eg press 1on the source 1 on the one for all 4 at the same time then the rest of the source remote to the one 4all 4 one bit at a time press 1/11 button it will flash twice let go, then press the magic button and let go after 3 seconds as in the book
by doing this last bit and holding the magic button down more than3 secs it wiped out everything id programed thats the only down side to this remote, but im using it now and i am well pleased its well made and as replaced 3 remotes and as a nice feature called a combi button by entering this it will switch on/off all your gear at the same time its wonderful hope the last bit helps
the factory reset code is press magic ( 981)
to start again catch ya later ARNIE"

"'Does wot it says on the tin'
Pro's - Very easy to use and program. Very good as it is not as directional as some of the remotes it replaced. Found correct codes for most of the a/v units I have. Learning function is great.
Con's - This remote can only learn 200 functions, this may sound a lot. The codes you enter will enable you to use basic functions on most devices but obscure functions may not be covered. 200 learning functions is not a lot ovseveralral devices.
