"I've used this about 4 times so far.....i'm not fully convinced! It tends to stay at one heart rate & suddenly goes up to a level which i know is incorrect because i'm still warming up! Once it's had a chance to settle, it seems to work ok. I find the feature of changing from heart rate to time quite useful. The monitor easily connects itself to the chest strap, even though it may take two attempts. For the price, it's ok but i would recommend spending a bit more on a monitor with better reviews."
