"I don't have time to go to a Zumba class because of my job so I thought I'd try the DVD. I absolutely love it. I can use it when it suits me, I get a great workout and learn some new moves at the same time. Now my daughter joins in with me."

"really do love this game...took a bit of getting used to the moves ....still on the beginners dances but already feel a difference and the time goes really quickly.....i have bought some wrist weights to compliment the work out which are great..."
