Total waste of money

"I thought I would give this a go despite the poor reviews. I really wish I hadn't. I'm 5ft 4in and there was no resistance whatsoever unless I lay back completely, and even then it was only slight. I reckon unless you're over 6ft tall this just won't work.
You can't wear trainers whilst using it as the feet straps are too small. I'm a size 6 and my trainers were too big. I took them off and wore socks, with the effect that it didn't feel secure on my feet.
A complete waste of money, which is a shame as the idea is a good one. I would not recommend this to anyone except maybe people over 7ft."

"This is a very good exerciser and very good value for money. I had my first one for a year before the polypropolene snapped, so went out bought another. I am 86 and it helps to keeps me in good condition - and has the added advantage that you can store it in a drawer instead of having to turn the room into a gymnasium!"
