"Bought this based on the positive reviews left by other people. But personally for me this is no good for a hard workout, ok for a light workout. All together it's a cheap imitation of a rowing machine. I ended up taking it back to the store and exchanged it for the Roger black air rower, which is fantastic. You get what you pay for."

"Bought this 2 weeks ago and have been using it for between 10 and 20 minutes per day and already feel the benefit. It does need a reasonable amount of space to use but can be stored on it's end in an alcove or tall cupboard after use. The machine seems is very well made and looks and feels like a much more expensive product. There are a number of other exercises that can be performed with the equipment and the instructional DVD is well worth watching."

"this rowing machine was easy to put together and is made really well, it is my first one ive bought for home use but have used them at the gym and this is just as good. brilliant for the money and would recommend it without a doubt!"
