"I bought the step on recommendation from a colleague at work, wasn't this particular model though. I have lost 2 stone in weight but not done much exercise, I thought this was a gentle way to start. I was impressed with the size of it, being clumsy it helps me not to fall off it, the exercise programme with it is helpful"
