"It helps you sweat a bit more when doing exercise. Will it help to make me slimmer - time will tell ! It does give a little support, but i find it too stretchy to rely on it for this purpose."

"I wear thos during all my trainin, boxing, jogging, the lot ! And its very good, i'd had it before and after maybe 6 months it starts wearing down but ive tried many other brands and the rest r rubbish, this band is wider, offerin more of a targeted area and the velcro is much better ! It really works"

"Bought this product as my sciatic nerve in my back would flare up from time to time and i find this helps alot when i work-out or clean around the house...NOTE:::My physio said NOT to be worn all the time as this would actually weaken my stomach and back muscles but only to wear when doing work that puts excessive pressure on my back!!"
