excellent shredder. This is a great shredder, a little noise but does the job, We have one which made more noise than this so to use it is fine. The price was good for the product, their were others that were cheaper but in our comparison was the better model, does what it says with no problem. Like the pull out basket. Much better than having to take the top off and end up with bites all over. 04 June 2013
