Good, but not fantastic!
Used this extensively. Good but not great, but that’s referred in the price. I can put 4 sheets in at once. It cuts out after about 10-15 mins as it gets too hot. The ‘teeth’ need picking out regularly to clear blockages. I remove post-its and staples from what I’m shedding as these will cause very difficult blockages. It’s definitely more resilient than the cheapy shredder I had before. It would be fine for average home use, I’ve had to put it through its paces will allot of private A4 sheets, to be fair.

Does its job but not ten sheets at a time.
Had it for a few months now, shredding my late mother’s private documents. It happily churns away but I’ve no idea where ten sheets capacity comes from, the best I’ve managed was four sheets of typical printer paper and it struggle. Absolutely solid for a couple of sheets maximum, not too slow either. Capacity is good but just keep patting down the pile inside the collection box otherwise it’s drags up shreddings into the teeth and you risk a jam or overheating. Overall, pleased but it’s not going to chew through ten sheets of normal paper.

Mine has overheated and cut out 4 times since purchase this afternoon. It is taking more than 30mins to restart. Runs about 15 mins before stopping and struggles to cut 10 A4 sheets so only feeding 5 or 6 at a time. It is very hot in the house which does not help but this will probably be returned to store tomorrow

I can advise that this Cross Cut Shredder has a duty cycle time of 2 minutes. If it overheats, it has a safety cut out time of 30 minutes.
