Toshiba RDXV60KB Freeview+ 320GB HD TV DVD and VCR Recorder. 4.4 5 34 34
Good product This is the third such item we have bought. Each one has done what it said it would do until one of the components gave up the ghost. We have liked it enough to replace it each time. It is super that you can do so much just with one black box 09 September 2014
Pleased with purchase quite easy to use, good appearance, so far best available machine. 09 September 2014
So Far So Good This Toshiba has so many excellent features it's difficult to know where to start. Since I purchased it, I've been exploring its capabilities slowly but surely. The instruction manual is quite complex but, once one gets the hang of it, this player/recorder is a breeze to operate. The one criticism I have is the remote control handset is black with GREY function button printing: not ideal for dyslexics like me or, perhaps, those with less than perfect eyesight. Apart from that, it's a winner! 20 August 2014
Just what I needed Not used it a great deal yet, but what I have it has been brilliant. Recorded to the hard drive and then copied to a dvd. The main reason I bought this particular machine is that I could transfer from my camcorder onto a dvd. All in all a good machine for the money. 19 August 2014
Great product for recording I knew what I was buying as this was to replace any earlier model. BE WARNED ARGOS DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT IT DOES NOT HAVE TWIN FREESAT CONNECTIONS. I did check with Toshiba before I purchased to check what connections were on machine. 23 July 2014

My recently purchase Toshiba RDXV60KB does not have the VCR>HDD facility; it only has HDD>DVD and VCR>DVD, so how can I transfer a video recording onto the hard drive?

Answer:
Sammy: I thought the same when I first connected-up my Tosh RDXV60KB. The manual is not at all clear on this issue, but if you look on the handset, you'll see a button marked "Dubbing". Load your VHS cassette into the VHS slot on the Tosh, then press "Dubbing" and follow the instructions on your TV screen. I promise you, you'll kick yourself (as I did) for not spotting that "Dubbing" button first pop. Have fun!
