Good piece of kit This dictaphone does everything I wanted (we use it to record sermons in church). The sound quality is excellent when placed on the lectern alongside the speaker, and equally good with plug-in microphone. Ample space on the drive - a 40 minute lecture takes approx. 15Mb (MP3), at the lowest sound quality setting, which reproduces perfectly. It's simple to use, just switch on, press the REC button and that's it. To download to a PC, plugging in to the USB port (lead provided) will switch it on, and bring it up on the screen for renaming and copying files. A soft slide-in case is included. The only drawback I've found is that it slides on a sloping lectern, and the pulldown stand only exacerbates this. Still, a rubber band solves it. 15 January 2013
