"An elderly friend needed a new printer and specified that it must be very easy to use. They also said they only needed a printer, not a multi function device. This model fitted the bill perfectly and having installed it for her I was very pleased with it. The installation was very easy for both the printer itself and for the software. It only has one button to manage which is the on/off. The paper trays seem a bit weak, but what do you expect for this price. The main body of the printer though felt very solid. Initial print tests showed a very respectable print quality and surprisingly good speed. For the money I don't think you can wrong with this product, although as yet I cannot say how quickly it goes through ink."

"it prints, which is all i wanted it to do, and that is all it does. no fancy stuff no nothing. very light and small. it does not come with a USB cable but i had one from my last printer so that was fine, it does come with ink.

"I needed something simple and cheap. I only do a small amount of printing so I didn't want to spend a fortune. New purchased printers come with a small amount of ink to get you started so be prepared. All in all very pleased."
