Too Quiet I had to return this as the maximum volume when using a docking station is way too low. Pros: Easy to set up & use. Good software available Cons: Max volume sounds like background music 26 April 2013

Brilliant purchase - would reccomend to anyone! This product I bought for my mum for her birthday. When I entered the shop and was waiting for the product to come out, I was shocked at the size of the box - I hardly noticed the member of staff holding it waiting for me. When I got home and had a look properly again - I was shocked at the size. This small, compact yet well built device is laid out perfectly and the buttons are easy to find and to press. The screen is of a good quality and size - although the device is small you are still able to watch videos with ease. The music player is intuitive and allows you to sort the files by artist, song, genre, etc. which not all do allow you to. The settings available for this device are also helpful and you have the novelty of changing the colour scheme. The device is easy to set up, and quick to charge. The battery life is great and you can put loads of songs on here before it becomes filled. This device is designed for Phillips Song Bird headphones and although we have not used them - have found many features to support them! The only issue so far we have come across is that the volume levels do not go up as far as sometimes you would like, but this is only slightly annoying. The volume levels however are still high. Overall this is a brilliant product and recommend it to anyone! 06 February 2013
