"I was extremely happy with the process of picking up my chosen item. However, I was not overly pleased that the item (cabbage patch doll) that I ordered was chosen at random for me from a selection you have in stock.
I would have much preferred to know the exact doll I was getting for my nieces birthday as the one I actually received resembled a character from the horror film 'Chucky.' If you are not familiar with his work, he is a murderous doll who is posessed by a dead person.
Other than that I was happy...but I wont be spending any time alone with the doll.

"I had one of these dolls when I was small and just bought one for my daughters birthday, my only negative is you might not get the one that you want as they seem to be low on stock everywhere but lovely dolls and a real keepsake!!!"
