"Although this kit has finally done the job of fixing a TV bracket to a cavity wall, there are a couple of problems with the item. Depending on the depth of the wall, the bolts may be too long. Fortunately I noticed this before screwing them straight through to the wall into the next room. I needed to saw about 3 cm off each bolt to prevent this from happening. Also the drill bit was bent, so unusable. I would have been scuppered if I hadn't already had one."

"was bought as recommended by Argos for a TV wall mount, the bolts were too big for the mounts holes and the drivers fell apart when attempting to drill into the plasterboard.

"I purchased this fixing kit as a discounted package along with a TV wall bracket. The screws are way short to fix to a newly constructed cavity wall. Have to get another kit from a local DIY store."
