Roberts DreamTime 2 DAB Alarm Clock Radio - Black. 3.5 5 30 33
Roberts dream time 2 DAB Alarm Bad design - needs possibly to be at an angle (sloping) in order to see the time when laying in bed. The buttons difficult to tell between them. The on/off would be good if it had raised dots on. Takes a long time to set the alarm. The sound quality is not wonderful. 24 July 2014
Not up to Roberts standards This radio was very poor. It broke down after a couple of hours so I returned it for exchange to a Sony product which was £30 or so less expensive. Disappointing, as I have 4 other Roberts radios which are great. 14 May 2014
Sound quality is very good Sound quality is very good, setting up is not for me as easy as others. Over all I would recommend this DAB radio clock. 19 February 2014
baddly designed product Buttons all black with nothing to distinguish the on/off/alarm off button in the dark. Setting alarm is a pain. To set for tomorrow morning you have to enter the YEAR, MONTH, DAY NUMBER then the time. At the end of the month this can be tricky. This is a big down grade from our previous Roberts DAB alarm radio which broke down after 4-5 years. 11 February 2014
Does what it said it would. I was disappointed with the clarity of the display and size. Frequent chages of alarm times is tedious but two alarm settings is good. The DAB radio is good and I do like the slow increase in sound at wake-up time. Over all quite good but the chage in legislation means I was no-longer under pressure to change from FM radio 11 January 2014

Does the time display flash?

2 months, 3 weeks ago
I am susceptible to any sort of flashing light and it seems many clock radios have the colon between time numbers flashing, which is a problem for me.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked at the instructional manual for you and can confirm the
Radio can be set to turn off after a preset time has elapsed. The sleep setting can be adjusted between 5 and 90 minute increment.

Thank you for using Question and Answer.

If I've read the Q&A's correctly the Dream Time 2 has a battery backup in case of a power cut. Does this also save the alarm time too. IE when the power comes back on will it still wake you up at 7:00AM or will this of been lost?
