No damage to door frame

"This is a pretty good detachable pull-up bar. Doesn't leave any damage to the door frame whatsoever due to all the foam padding. Would definitely recommend it.
It properly distributes weight and pressure to the door frame. It mostly uses the top of the frame for stability and as a pivot as apposed to load bearing. The weight is actually aimed horizontally into the side of the door frame due to it's shape. This is a good design as it makes the strongest part of the door frame take the weight.
Can't say much about the rotating push up grips as I've not really used them but they seem alright too."

"well it does what it says on the tin, there are 3 different positions on the bar so there are many pull up variants available, plus with the 2 push up handles that rotate, it's a good work out if used correctly, im very satisfied with my purchase and i would recommend it to others."
