It. Does the job , I weigh 55 kg and it bends slightly under pressure although it says it can hold 100kg.

Sturdy bit of kit.
Wasn't sure if this was going to leave dents in my door frame but I needn't have worried. It's stable, well-built and easily put together. As I remember I only needed a Philips screwdriver to put it together and the diagram was easy to follow. It's well over head height so can leave it in position without worrying someone is going to bump their head but also only takes ten seconds to take down and put back up again. I do a couple of pull-ups every time I go past it which somehow motivates me to do more. Of course remember that you need a clearance of about 4" on each side of the door so measure carefully the door you're intending to hang it on and think about which way the door opens. Anyway, in short this has been a great buy.

The supplier has advised the following for the Opti Multi Pull Up Bar:
The thickness of the stop rail is 2cm. So, for safety, we'd suggest using it on a frame that's more than 2cm deep so that the bar can fully sit on it.

There are plenty of highstreet stores you can buy dome nuts. Measure the size of the ones you have and you'll be able to buy some more the same size. I'm not allowed to drop a specific store name but a swift Google should find one. Somewhere you can buy nuts bolts and screws, for fixing anything you might need.
