The York Warrior really is the ultimate bench with everything you need for an all over body workout - chest, arms, abs, back, legs - this bench can work them all! The backrest is fully adjustable through 5 positions and the bench also features the 'folds flat' system so it is only 21cm deep when folded down.

  • With 2 incline settings plus flat and decline, this bench converts to a sit up bench with a removable arm curl pad, moveable bar holders and it has a unique 'folds flat' system. It also has a 2 position removable leg unit and removable lateral tower. There are foam rollers for the knee and ankle support. A wall chart is included.
  • Maximum user weight 200kg (31st 6lb).

"Took a while to put together, 2 1/2 hrs or so mainly due to nyloc bolts being a pain, seems quite sturdy so far, if had spent £40 more could of got maximuscle 1 with more functions but gd for the price, main use will be for bench/lat pull down.
Shame bench doesnt go into vertical so could use for upright seated curls etc. And curls angle is a bit strange(use dumbells for this as are much betr anyway)
Suggest buying lots of free weights else you'll be moving them from 1 part to another all the time"

"Dies exactly what it's supposed to do. Very sturdy and additional attatchments are easy to add and remove depending on what you want to do. Folds away lovely under my stairs."
