"Was told that a kettlebell would be a great home fitness tool and it is. The nice thing is that my front room is very small and this doesn't take up too much space and is easy to use."

"Looks great and comes with a handy poster with suggested exercises. As others have said, it is bulkier than some other kettlebells but I've not found it to be a problem so I don't think it should be an issue to most, if not all people, after the first use.
I would fully recommend this product!"

"... and it may take me a few more months to be able to lift it properly. That said, a good long-term investment and I've since bought the 8kg and 6kg versions."

"This kettlebell certainly looks smart but is too bulky for some of the standard kettlebell exercises. The handle is very wide and smooth underneath which makes it great for one or two handed swings and figure of 8s. However, for overhead one handed exercises, like snatches or military presses, you have to hold the handle in a corner to keep it stable. Also due to the size and side labelling, sore forearms are the result of repeated snatches, cleans or presses. If you want a 12kg plus kb, cast iron might be a better option than vinyl."

Great Kettlebell

"This was a great purchase, I am a personal trainer and use it with my clients and in my fitness classes, it is very comfortable to hold and looks nice too.
It is chunkier than iron kettlebells but I haven't found this to be a problem.
I would recommend this item."
