Pathetic design

"Well, to start with, it made a good loaf, but had to be returned to the store, as when opening the lid to remove the bread, the right hand hinge pin of the lid fractured. The store had no qualms replacing the item, so I paid the extra and got the superbly engineered PANASONIC model. Now a happier home baker!!"

"I have had a Morphy Richards Breadmaker for some years and been very pleased with it. It got so noisy I decided to replace it, but with a M/R one, as I was well satisfied with the original.
Reserving it at the Leighton Buzzard Store I had helpful, courteous service and I am pleased with my new product."

"I've only used it a couple of times since purchase, but it has done exactly what it says in the recipe book. Both loaves have been delicious. As a replacement for an aged, deceased machine it is streets ahead. Adjusting to the Control Panel and working out what the signs were took a bit of initial concentration - my old machine only had an on/off switch and programme selector. The instructions could have been a bit more forthcoming about the time in the cycle to add nuts etc - would have saved hanging around in the kitchen waiting for the bleep."

"This breadmaker is good, takes a few lessons (at least it took me a while!) to bake the bread YOU like, but worth it in the end.
Prefe to make the larger loaves, they stay very fresh and even when slightly stale, make superb toast.
Overall, very pleased with the results."

"The machine does exactly what it 'says on the tin'...easy to use, easy to clean and makes pretty much any type of bread you want. Good fun all round and smell of fresh bread baking is wonderful."
