"Bought item on 6/3/12 for my 20 year old son. He`s a final year apprentice engineer, but it still took him over 2 hours to assemble the product.He informs me the instructions were rather poor, but once assembled the apparatus is strong & sturdy.Bought as a replacement to a more basic training bench, & he has apparently used it several times & is impressed by the fly curl & latissimus pull down attachments, which can be removed / interchanged easily.
The old adage applies, `If he is happy, then so am i`.
So far, a very satisfactory purchase."

"I must say that I was a little disappointed with the quality of this bench. Wouldn't recommend it to someone who is going to be using it constantly - fine for the occassional exerciser. For example, the bench is too short for doing things like 'bench press with feet on bench'. The rails to hang weights on are also very short. You could only get a maximum of 40 kg on them (4 x 10kg weights)"
