"Reserved the item to collect. I had a problem as I input the wrong reference number. The assistant was most helpful and took me thro' the stages.The iron appears to do what is says on the tin and so far I am pleased with it. The last Tefal iron I had filled from the bottom which I didn't like.This one fills with water from the front which I much prefer.It is reasonably lightweight and the controls are easy"
