Fab for Baby

"We had the original Starlight Dreamshow with the blue top and the Teddy Bears. This stopped working recently after 2 years of constant use including many camping/caravanning trips. The previous one was used several times each night and lasted well...
We have now had to purchase a replacement and our little one is not as keen on this one as the previous. I think its the heavy use of purple on the background, the previous teddy bear dreamshow had a white background. The moving pictures of bugs also don't spin round as smoothly as the teddies did and stick every now and again. The music although the same tune is a slightly different tone which is noticeable even by our 2 and half year old !
If this was the first Dreamshow I don't think it would as 'iffy'. Its a fab idea having a moving picture on the ceiling so baby can see it while lying in their cot and the choice of 3 tunes is really good. Its the best nighttime music/light machine there is on the market. And I would not hesitate to buy another one in a couple more years when we wear this one out !!"

A bedtime essential!

"We bought this when our 8 week old son moved into his big cot and we started putting him to bed while he was still awake. He loves it, at first was just mesmerised by the star but now watches the lights on the ceiling too. You can still see the images even if the room isn't in complete darkness, so it works for daytime naps too. The downsides are that there's no way to vary the volume, and I could do with a warning when the time is nearly up - if he's still awake its a sprint to switch it on again before he notices. It definitely keeps him calm while he's drifting off to sleep, and normally works within 20 mins. Great value!"

Great value for money

"I bought this for my 6 week old baby as when i was putting him to bed in his crib he would wake slightly from being held. I now put the projection and sounds on and usually within a few minutes its enough for him just to drop back off to sleep."

"We already have one of these and have just bought one for a gift. My daughter loves the animals and stars going accross the ceiling and the second it comes on knows it's bedtime and starts yawning. We had it a year now (she's 17 months) and I can see it staying in her bedroom for a long time yet. Would recommend it."
