Chocolate tatse Only 1 week of use but the chocolate taste is fine and it seems to be 'working'. Tried to mix with a fork but this did not mix well so now using an old fashioned egg whisk with the rotating handle and two vertical whisks which works very well. The instructions say 28g of powder for one adult dose but NOTE the scoop included is 60g size and marking not very clear so first dose I had was 60g. This might be why some reviewers have said it doesn't last for very long. Overall very pleased so far. 09 May 2013

tastes good i mix this with water and it tastes ok, like any protein drink in order to gain muscle you must also workout down the gym along side this, after 2 weeks i have noticed more definition in my biceps, only downside the stuff gives me a slight headache once taken. 07 November 2012
Tastes awful Product is too sweet and doesn't mix well even with a blender. The recipe has recently changed from a great tasting product that mixed easily in a blender of shaker to this. In my opinion it is not an improvement and I won't be buying this brand again. 17 August 2012
