"Doesn't heat up that much,therefore you feel like it hasn't done anything! Wouldn't recommend it, you'll probably do more running for 5 mins with cling film wrapped around your waist!"

"I bought the product to to replace my old sauna belt which was losing power and was cheaper.I thought it was to fussy with the wrap and gel and it my cheaper old one was faster to warm and was better with no fuss."

"very disappointed with this product. very messy to use and it's hard to wrap the plastic around yourself unaided. no details on where to purchase replacement plastic film. because you have to have the item plugged in to the amins make sure you have what you need as a basic programme lasts 50 mins minimum."
