"Birlliant starter kit if your looking to body-build / get toned, Great quality weights. The spin lock mechanism makes sure the weights to don't play as your lifting but a bit of a headache before they get some wear on them as they may stick at times. Overall very pleased."

Great weights for a great price

"The long bar is really long, which is convenient for bench press. The area of 2 short bars where you grip them is coated and swelled which makes it easy to hold. All the weights are round, no sharp edges and there is a protective layer on them which prevents them from getting rusty. I am very happy with them. Because they come in a variety of small weights you can adjust the right amount of training you need. It comes in 3 separate boxes so you should not be worried that you will have to lift 50kg to carry it home. Design is not that modern. If you search online you can find much more fashionable sets but if your concern is functionality and durability you won't be disappointed. One drawback: You have to screw the spin lock collars in order to secure the weights which is time consuming and when you prefer doing short breaks or circle training I would recommend to buy another set in order to save the time. Otherwise it takes up to 2 minutes to adjust the correct weight for another set."

"I am a personal trainer who wanted a set of barbells for home and for taking to clients houses. This set is very good, the weights and bar are very sturdy. Also as the bar is wide, you can perform exercises such as deadlifts or bench press with a proper grip, which is hard to do on shorter bars. There is also enough room to add more weight, although not sure of the bars actually weight limit. On the whole they are very good weights and even though they are a bit cheaper than some of the others in this range they are just as good."

"This is a great starter pack for young and older people who want to start bodybuilding and I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to start it. They don’t look quite as they do in the picture but they do their job and give you great results."
