"Sturdy meal weights that are much better then some of the plastic ones you can get filled with sand.
Lasting very well and are all of equal weight.
Fit perfectly onto my maximuscle dumbbell bars.

ONLY possible negative is that the finish on them (paint or what ever it is) does sometimes fleck off a bit at the bar-hole when repeatedly put on and off the bar. But as gripes go for a cast-iron set of weights I don't think you can get much better!"
