Unfit for purpose

"Do not buy this iron. The sole plate is rough and drags on the clothes, especially jeans etc. I bought this as it had been given good reviews but was extremely frustrated on first use with its poor abilities to de-crease any item of clothing. In fact it dragged so much, it added additional creases.
I took it back and bought a Breville iron. A much better buy."

"Impressed with how the water is added and there are no leakages. Also like the fact that the cable is longer than my previous one which means I don't have to use an extension lead anymore. It is lighter than my previous iron. Also like the colour"
