Excellent protein shake

"I bought the protein shake after 1 week at the gym. In the first week at the gym, my muscles were in pain and I was recovering very slow. In the second week since using Maximuscle Promax I feel less pain after gym and recover quickly. The Promax is the first purchased I made and its beneficial.
It is drinkable with water but I prefer Milk.
It is abit expensive, so that's why i had to give 4 stars. I will buy again.

"I am extremely lactose intolerant, and also need to avoid soya products. This is the only whey based protein powder I've found that I can actually digest. Mixed with rice milk, it tastes pretty good. Knocked it down a star due to exorbitant price. Will keep buying it though."
