"All seemed OK after unpacking but when trying to fit the wooden hook onto wall the screw snapped off easily. This meant the screw had to be drilled out which was a pain in the neck. After looking at the material it can be seen that it was not the correct grade of steel."

"bit difficult to fit would have been easier to drill two holes straight through the wood and then drill through into the wall and fit plugs."
