"Don't know why I was surprised at the size of the shelves when I got them home, dimensions are easy to see, perhaps it was because I was thinking of shelves I had in the 60's. However, they are a great new take on an old theme, adaptable to the space available and look really good. Really excellent. Just make sure you really do have the space for them on your wall!"

"Looks good now it's up. For anyone interested, description does not tell you that the white pieces are made of metal and are "open" at the top and bottom (unusual). I consider myself an expert at DIY but this one was difficult to instal as it was hard to accurately mark up the wall and get the metal brackets in exactly the right place and have a level shelf."
