Bath Stool The stool was a good price and also a good product. IT fitted in the bath nicely. It was brought to help a elderly lady to get out of the bath. It is very stable and just the job. 23 August 2014

Where are the plastic washers?

I found this product easy to assemble, but the instructions say "be sure to put on a metal washer and a plastic washer (in order)". No plastic washers were supplied, nor was the "order" specified. Are the plastic washers in fact necessary? If so, where do I get some?
