About this product
When you need to get out and about but managing a self-propelled chair is not an option, this lightweight transit wheelchair makes life easier for both you and your attendant. The aluminium frame keeps the weight down, so it is much easier to lift in and out of a car boot or move between rooms. The nylon seat wipes clean in seconds, and the rear pocket keeps essentials within reach. It folds away compactly when you are done, so it does not take over your hallway or car.
The lightweight aluminium frame makes this wheelchair easier to transport and manoeuvre for attendants. The folding backrest and overall fold design mean it packs down small for car boots and storage. Cable brakes give the attendant full control to slow or stop safely. Height-adjustable leg rests and padded armrests add comfort for longer outings. The easy-clean nylon seat keeps hygiene simple, and the rear pocket holds personal items. This wheelchair is designed for attendant use with an attendant required to push and control the chair. It comes with a 1-year guarantee.

Solid and comfy
Just bought this and my Son had no complaints at all when pushing me up and down a hill. Slightly wobbly but not a worry.

Excellent.
This wheelchair is excellent, I needed it right away, so it was in stock at Argos, collected and in use ten minutes later. A bit more expensive than I wanted to pay, but very happy with my purchase!

A very good wheelchair.
I am very pleased with this wheelchair. My wife currently has mobility problems, and it has enabled me to get her round the house safely and in comfort. The slightly larger (12.5 inch) rear wheels make it easy to move on carpeted floors. The alloy frame makes it light enough for me to manage. The quality of this chair is excellent and the price is very good value.

Wheelchair Review
Great starter wheelchair for temporary use. Bought for my elderly mother who uses it twice a week. She reports it’s comfortable and she feels safe. She has a comfort cushion provided by OT and the deep sides/armrests accommodate this well. Reasonably priced, sturdy yet not too heavy. Folds down nicely into the boot of my small car

Great and easy to use .
I bought this to use for my older sister who finds it difficult to walk very far due to arthritis. She loves it. Very easy to use and lightweight. Goes in the boot of my MG car easily. I like that the brakes are on the handles. Would definitely recommend this wheelchair.

Overall a solid wheelchair
Great quality, easy to assemble and maneuver. I'm not very strong but can lift it into a hatchback (small SUV) - it needs the back seats down in mine. My tip is to lift the foot pedals off first otherwise they swing around very freely and will dent you and/or the car. Foot pedals are quick to remove as they just drop onto the pegs and rely on their own weight to keep them in place. The hand operated break release requires a reasonable amount of pressure and with it being a plastic handle, it feels a bit vulnerable. I can't compare it with a cheaper model but it seems solid enough for light-moderate use.
