Lifesaver!
It means I can sit down once again for long enough to eat a meal, watch a TV programme or work in my office!
It is well finished in a removable (zipped) blue cover.
It is getting a bit squashed after 3 weeks of regular use but still very useable and made an immediate difference as soon as I purchased it. I may now look for a more robust cushion as a long term aid but this one is perfect for someone who wants to try out the effect for a relatively small investment.

Does what it says on the tin
I bought this cushion a week after falling and banging my coccyx. I'd seen more expensive products on the 'net, but I was in too much pain to wait for delivery, so went with this on the grounds that it was in stock locally and worth a try at the price, and would at least be a stop-gap until I could get something better.
I don't know whether it would help anyone with back pain, but for a bruised coccyx it is absolutely brilliant. Without it I felt as though I was sitting on knives when on my office chair and when driving, and couldn't lean back in a seat without severe pain (which meant I was getting no lumbar support and getting back ache that I hadn't previously had). However, with this product I can sit without pain for hours. (So much so that a week after I got it I forgot to take it with me to a 2 hour presentation, which I instantly regretted.)
I've read complaints about the position of the zip, although I've not noticed a problem with it myself. I've also read complaints about the fact that it is too soft and won't last very long. If, like me, you've only got a bruised coccyx, the trade off in cost is probably worthwhile, since you're probably only going to be using it for a short while. I've been using mine for 2 weeks solid and expect it to last at least another week, by which time I should no longer need it and, as has already been pointed out, you can always get some more foam cut to put into the removable cover, to replace it if needed (although it's cheap enough to just buy a new one). However, I think the complaint about softness is probably fair. It does compress quite a lot quite soon after you start using it. Mine has been squashed by someone over 10 stone in weight for the last 2 weeks, but I've just got a colleague who is over 13 stone to try sitting on it and they say that it still feels quite high to them. (Although whether it would still have been o.k. if they had been the one sitting on it for the 2 weeks I wouldn't like to say.)
To summarise, if you've got long term back-pain it might be worth looking at something more expensive, but if you're looking for a short-term solution then I'd give this a try. What have you got to lose?

brill my mum who is 85 had a fall and with this cushion can now sit down we use it for chair wheel chair best buy so far thank you argos for very quick delivery

Very useful
This helps to reduce the pain of sitting but it is not a miracle cure!
