"Bought this pan after reading several reviews from previous customers,who bought this pan for exactly the same purpose, making Tarte Tatin, French upside down apple desert. Have had great success with this pan every time I have made it. Also great results for other meals cooked in this pan. Would certainly give it a 5 star rating"

"Excellent small frying pan. Matches my Aga cast iron grill pan. Retains heat very well. Like all cast iron any fat used should be fairly hot before cooking. Easy to clean. Very cheap to buy,"
