This black Tefal Initiative 28cm stir-fry pan is scratch-resistant, with a non-stick coating and a Thermo-Spot heat indicator to tell you when your pan has reached the right temperature. Made from aluminium, this pan is oven safe up to 180C and will distribute heat evenly. It is suitable for all hob types, excluding induction, and has a lifetime manufacturer's guarantee.

"I bought this for my wife for Christmas, this is to replace the worn out one of the same make. Instead of ditching the old one we now have two. This new one has a dent on the rim making a lid impossible to fit but my wife was so thrilled that she didn't want me to return it."

"One of the best stir-fry pan u'll ever experience. The pan gets heated up very quick due to its materials. The handle is very firm and durable! This is also not too pricey. I can't imagine any better pan in this price range!
I had compared the heat-conduction speed to my friend's wok (also from argos but I won't say which one). This took much less time, seriously.
I've been using this pan for few months now and its still working great!. The bottom of the pan also doesn't turn brown or messy as well.
Great pan! Love it!"
