Non non-stick!

"Bought this item last week to cook a paella for friends. Unfortunately it turned out to be a non non-stick pan. I only used a plastic spatula on the pan but sadly the coating came off with the first use. I am contemplating whether to return the item..."

"The metal is quite thin which means it is diffuclt to use on a single gas ring, the heat is not transferred from one area of the pan to another which would have happened with a copper bottom pan so it needed to be moved around on the cooker quite a lot while cooking to get even heat, otherwise OK for the price."

"Worked reasonablly well over a medium heat on largest ring of solid electric plate. After washing the pan was left with an internal mark from heat source, although I shouldn't think this will alter further use. As I only make Paella on a seldom basis this dish is ideal and was not expensive."
