This 26cm Cookworks aluminium sauté pan is non-stick and conducts heat well. It features a bakelite handle and a tempered glass lid with a steam vent to prevent liquids from boiling over. Suitable for all hob types, excluding induction, this pan is dishwasher safe and is recommended for use with wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
