Each pan has an encapsulated base, for better heat distribution, with glass lids on the saucepans so you can see what's cooking. They are dishwasher safe and have a two year manufacturer's guarantee.

"Large pan is quite small and I had to go out and purchase a larger one seperately, ideal really for one person and I found things stick to botton of the pans quite easily"
