"Nice looking pressure cooker. Performs well. The only down side I have found is the lack of an instruction book containing receipes for examples of use. The little multi-language book is insufficient and would really put off a first time pressure cooker owner."

very good pressure cooker

"I bought this somewhat reluctantly as I needed a different type of pressure cooker having bought an induction hob and my trusty old one (which used to belong to my grandmother many moons ago) wont work on induction (I was gutted about that). Anyway, I have to say, this one does work very well, it's actually a bit simpler to use than my old one (no screwing together of weights) and it doesnt sputter as much either. It does look nice too! The only thing I'm not keen on is the checking and cleaning of the valve, for which you need something quite fine but blunt (to avoid damaging the valve) to push it up from underneath to make sure it's working ok and not gunged up inside. On my old one all you have to do is pull the valve up from the top and jiggle it about - you dont have hunt round for a suitable implement to push it up from underneath. Other than that I couldnt fault it."

"Recommended by my brother - he was right again !! Very easy to use, could have done with more instructions about leaving soup to cool before allowing steam to escape as it was quickly followed by the soup - all over the ceiling !!

"Excellent money and time saver. Very sturdy, easy to clean and very easy to operate. Lamb cooks very well in 15 minutes after pressure valve starts steaming.
dry Beans, chick peas ????? you don't even need to soak them at all.
GREAT ONE."

"I have had 3 tower pressure cookers and they have not lasted very long. The Tefal is excellent best pressure cooker I have purchased by far. The price was reasonable and cooking this way is far better than loads of pans on the cooker and it a very healthy way of cooking."
