Replacement for old friend

"My old pressure cooker was indeed an old friend. It saw much use over the last 20 or so years and it was time to retire it and look for a replacement. This one has a slightly smaller capacity but is still more than adquate for my needs. I missed the larger seperator basket that my previous model had so I retained the old one before disposal! (otherwise no complaints). The instructions were easy to understand and the recipes included were useful. I look forward to another long standing friendship."

"Good overall product, cooking times vary slightly, not as fast as pressure cookers from the 70's/80's but very good in comparison (they don't make em' like they used too!!)"
