"EXCELLENT, OUR LOCAL ARGOS LET US VIEW THE ITEM BEFORE PURCHASE. IT IS A GOOD SOLID PRODUCT.A Little tip sprinkle with salt before use & heat up plate, when hot brush off salt & brush with a little oil. (it is called proving and will enhance the non-stick qualities)"
