"I have bought cheaper boards in the past & didn't really want to spend so much this time but I'm so glad I did,the surface is nice & thick,it's easy to put up/down & ironing the duvet is as doddle on a board so wide!I would highly reccommend this board to anyone,it's definately worth spending the extra money."

"Sturdy ironing board, does not wobble when ironing. The well padded board makes ironing easier with good clean seams. Well worth the price."

"I bought this ironing table after reading the reviews online.I brought it home,unpacked it and set it up,only for one of the suporting brackets on the legs to fall off, It had obviously not been welded on correctly.
I had to repack and take it back the following day.I wasn't going to risk buying the same item so I paid extra and bought a different one. This one is smaller but very stable .so far so good,thank you Argos for your no quibble guarantee"

"Incredibly helpful staff at your Worthing Lyons Farm store. This product is very stable, the team ahowed me the ironing board when I purchased. Should have gone to Argos instead of trying to purchase electronically from one of your rivals....three times. I've learnt my lesson."

"This is the 3rd ironing board I've bought in the last couple of weeks. I've found most reasonably priced boards are just not fit for purpose and are very unstable and dangerous or way too low for me, even though I'm only 5'4"! This board, however, does what it says on the tin! It's not that cheap, but is a reasonable price and is very well made, well-padded and most of all, stable. If you're looking for quality without paying a fortune, buy this one!"
