The impossible ironing board!!

"I bought this board because the reviews were reasonable and my old board which I had had for nearly twenty years ago had just fallen apart. Was a bit horrified to see how expensive ironing boards are now to buy but reserved this one and went and picked it up. Got it home and unpacked it and just burst out laughing - one of the legs was so bent that it lurched over at an impossible angle - talk about extreme ironing. Took it back to Argos store and gave the girls there a good laugh as well. Full refund and decided to splash out and invest in a small Brabantia ironing board. (Very expensive in comparison with the Black and White one but brilliant quality and would recommend to anyone.) Pricewise you get what you pay for I suppose. I would have to have returned this board anyway because the iron holder does not hold a standard steam iron."

"It didnt take up much space, it looked nice and was sturdy.It had a place where you could place your iron safely and it was good value for money."

"This ironing board is described as small but it is definitely NOT. In fact I would describe it as quite LARGE. A really modern, sturdy ironing board. Fabulous for the price. I can definitely recommend it. It does the job and looks great."
