"Very happy with this board. Good size, easy to put up, did read previous reviews about cover and they were right. The cover is of poor quality, need to invest in a new one. Due to perforated design of board need good layer of padding underneath cover otherwise water from steam iron seaps through. Other than that a good buy."

"I am very pleased with this large ironing board however, as other reviewers have said, the cover is too thin. I bought a thick cover to go on top and it is now perfect."

"my last ironing board was a minky extra wide board and I would recommend any of the extra wide boards as they are fantastic for ironing bed sheets and quilt covers. they are also very good for tall people as I an 5ft 5 and when the ironing board is at it's highest it just comes to under my bust. Excellent purchase."

"I bought this ironing board because my last one broke. I looked for other styles but this one seemed the right height,strong and also wider that the others.
once home I used it to do my weekly ironing and at first seemed to wide and too high, but once I started ironing seemed to take less time than before."
